Tell Rexall Ca Survey Reward
Every quarter, there are a total of 5 grand prizes, each consisting of 1,000,000 points. This means that throughout the year, there are a total of 20 grand prizes, each valued at 1,000,000 points. At Rexall, 25,000 BE WELLTM points have a cash value of CAD $10. The approximate retail value of each grand prize, which is 1,000,000 BE WELLTM points, is CAD $400. These prizes can be utilized in-store towards purchases at Rexall.
It’s important to note that the BE WELLTM points prizes cannot be transferred or converted into cash. They must be accepted as awarded.

How to do the Be Well TM Tell Rexall Survey
Tell Rexall Survey is very easy to participate in and very simple to follow the steps.
- First, you can enter the Survey at www.Tellrexall.ca.
- Make sure that you have a receipt or not
- If you have a purchase receipt, enter the total amount spent, the date and time of the visit, and the survey entry code.
- Or if you don’t have a purchase receipt, enter your location detail, date and time of the visit, and also enter the total amount spent.
- Then press “START” to get the Tell Rexall Survey and the questions. (we mentioned many questions in the above section)
- At the end part, they ask about Be Well Card
- If you like to receive 100 Be Well Pts, you have to provide your 19-digit Be Well Card number.
- Next, if you want to participate in the Be Well Tell Rexall Contest to win the Grand Prize of 1,000,000 Be Well Pts, you want to press “YES,”
- Next, you are required to provide your contact details like your Name, Telephone number, email address, postcode, Be Well Card Number, and Age.
- Press “NEXT” to complete the Survey
