    I was doing a weekly shop for a friend who has just come out of hospital and she had given me a list . Not familiar with the store , I asked for help and had 2 lovely ladies to help me . Kayleigh and Emily . I would just like their managers to know that they have good, helpful and happy staff

I found my shopping experience quite pleasant owing to a member of staff helping me to locate a jacket I was looking for and couldn’t find and the staff member a also helped me negotiate the self service till which being age 86 found it confusing Thankyou to that member of staff unfotunatly didn’t get her name defantly shop in that store again.

  10. I visited your store at Hedge End Southampton on Saturday the 26th April. I neede a new suit and one member of staff Camren went over and above my expectations! Without having made an appointment in advance he measured me up (I’ve lost a lot of weight!) he then found the “perfect” suit: fit,colour and price and checked everything all the way through the process. No rushing or pressure whatsoever and then served me at the tills!
    All in all an excellent experience from a member of staff where literally nothing was too much trouble!
    PLEASE congratulate Camren for his excellent help on Saturday: I can’t thank him enough.
